The roofing team of Guardian Roofing & Remodeling was recommended to me by friends. I really enjoyed working with Thomas to coordinate the work. I wanted my metal roof to be replaced due to its age, but at the same time, I wanted to inquire whether asphalt shingles were a better alternative financially. Thomas worked with different suppliers and came up with different proposals with both metal and asphalt shingles. The work also involved having to replace three skylights. Thomas arranged for them to be custom built by a local supplier, at a price less than industry manufactured. In all, Thomas showed to be very professional and attuned to high standards at a reasonable price. In addition, the installing team is very skilled and fast. I am very pleased with my new metal roof.
