What our clients say
I highly recommend Thomas and the Guardian team! Thomas made the process of replacing my roof from dealing with insurance to picking out the right roof and gutters so easy and stress free. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. My house has been transformed with my new roof and gutters. He’s not only knowledgeable, he’s a pleasure to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Thomas.

I love my new roof! Thank you Thomas
I was referred to Thomas for a roof replacement. I got several estimates and he was inline with the average cost, but what set Guardian apart was there availability to get the job done in a timely manner. The finished product is awesome and I will be referring him to others. Keep up the good work Guardian.

Awesome Job Done
Thomas Gears is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He performed an inspection, helped me to claim the hail damages and consulted how to reduce heat in the attic and how to deal with the damages of gutters and window screens. Guardian has used one of the best materials (shingles and underlayment) on the market and its crew did a great job replacing my roof, gutters and window screens. Guardian is the best contractor I have known.

Outstanding customer service
The best decision I have made this year, I met Thomas a while ago and we discussed my roof, at the time I had other factors preventing the work from getting done. As soon as I was able to move forward Thomas came back and made the cleanest execution of customer service I have seen in years, the crew was courteous and fast, Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of roofing services. Thanks again Thomas!

Fantastic roof job
Great job and professional skills. Crew got the job done in no time . Will use guardian again. Thomas and Colton is a great team.
Honest, Persistent and Professional
After years of visible hail damage and multiple denied insurance claims, we had almost given up. Several contractors looked at our roof, but none were willing to truly advocate for us.
Thomas at Guardian Roofing was different. He was honest from day one and even advised us to wait until the timing was right. He stayed in touch, helped us involve a public adjuster, and guided us through the entire process with clear and thorough communication.
Once our claim was approved, he made sure we received top-quality materials and even helped us get a solar fan and ridge vents added. The installation was smooth, timelines were clearly communicated, and he personally showed up for inspection — even while under the weather.
It’s been almost six months, and we’re extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend Guardian Roofing!
A Shout out to Thomas and Crew
Thomas, with Guardian Roofing and Remodeling, was the one that I wanted to repair my roof, because he had done a replacement roof for me about a year ago. Thomas, has always explained the different option to me and would allow time for me to make a decision without any pressure. He is a professional, very patient and a great communicator to make sure everyone is on the same time line for events to happen in order to get the replacement done. The roof replacement require coordination with tenants and the management company. He is definitely one professional that I would recommend for any roofing needs. The roof looks great and the cleanup and safety was maintained throughout the job timeline.

Professional and Outstanding Work!!!
Roofing recommendation
The roofing team of Guardian Roofing & Remodeling was recommended to me by friends. I really enjoyed working with Thomas to coordinate the work. I wanted my metal roof to be replaced due to its age, but at the same time, I wanted to inquire whether asphalt shingles were a better alternative financially. Thomas worked with different suppliers and came up with different proposals with both metal and asphalt shingles. The work also involved having to replace three skylights. Thomas arranged for them to be custom built by a local supplier, at a price less than industry manufactured. In all, Thomas showed to be very professional and attuned to high standards at a reasonable price. In addition, the installing team is very skilled and fast. I am very pleased with my new metal roof. I give Guardian 5 stars!

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage. Trenton handled everything with the insurance company, kept me informed along the way, and delivered a quality product. Everything was hassle free. Professional, Thorough, Amazing!
Trenton & his Teams were amazing! Particularly, Trent. He went above and beyond to not only inspect our roof and provide detailed information from his experience, he also completed a thorough attic inspection prior to or roof replacement to ensure there were no unexpected issues from the builder’s installation and routing of water, HVAC, electrical, or any other home system components. Additionally, Guardian Roofing & Trenton went above and beyond before, during, and after installations to ensure an expert installation and customer experience were provided. I would definitely recommend Guardian Roofing & Remodeling for any roofing and gutter installations. Thank you Trenton!
